Agent Compensation 

Welcome to the Referral Company! Here's how our compensation structure works for our referral program:

     -     Annual Membership Fee $100 per year (due each July, no                       prorations available.
     -     Referral Fee Split 80/20 (80% to the agent, 20% to the company).

Example Scenario:

Imagine you refer a client, and the resulting transaction generates a commission of $1,000. You will earn $800 (80%), and the Referral Company will receive $200 (20%).

Steps to Get Started:

     1.   Download and fill out the Compensation agreement form.
     2.   Email the completed form to
           referral-company@yiprealestate.com
     3.   Get approved and wait for closing!
